My job as your real estate broker is to make your real estate experience as worry free and as smooth as possible. I believe whether you are selling your current residence or purchasing a new home you deserve to have a responsive and attentive broker that will be committed to representing your specific needs and goals. From making or receiving an offer through negotiations and acceptance and all the way through closing, I will be with you every step of the way. Communication

Communication and coordination are the key ingredients for navigating a smooth transaction. I understand this process can sometimes take its toll on my client so I make it my mission to coordinate and follow-up with all parties involved in the transaction and communicating these updates to my clients. I feel clear and consistent communication often helps alleviate much stress my clients sometimes feel during the process. My phone is always on! I do not have any scheduled days "off" and will take calls and handle business. If I cannot answer your call, I will return it within the shortest timeframe possible. 

Expertise

I obtained my real estate license 11 years ago and since then I have dedicated my career to residential real estate in Kitsap County. I have won awards in the last 11 years, most recently an Emerald award in 2016 and the Presidential award in 2017. I further enhance my real estate education by attending workshops, classes and events throughout the year. I provide my clients with information on market seasonality and information relevant to what is happening in their specific neighborhood. This customized analysis includes recent comparable sales. My clients are my top priority, and I focus on delivering the best possible results for them. I promise that you will feel secure in my ability to handle any situation with you in mind.

Outside of Real Estate

As a current resident of Port Orchard, I don’t just work in Port Orchard, I live in Port Orchard and I call Port Orchard…Home. I have lived in the Kitsap area my whole life. I was raised here, I have raised a family here and now I get to watch my grandchildren grow up here. I enjoy taking a walk on the waterfront, visiting the local market and having a nice family lunch at one of our locally owned restaurants. I volunteer throughout the community and am an active participant within several organizations.
